Assurant Valuations Review
While I was in the BPO business from 2006-2011, I also worked for Assurant (fka: eMortgage Logic). I have also seen a tremendous amount of change and improvement from this company over the years as they too have upgraded their BPO platform and forms among some of the great changes that they have accomplished. Plus, they have evolved into the being one of the ‘Top 5 BPO companies” to many real estate professionals that do BPO work.

Notes: Formerly known as eMortgage Logic. They got bought out and are “backed” by Assurant and became Assurant Valuations in September of 2014. Here’s a great article about it all. Plus, it appears that they kept all of the old EML staff, executives and it’s owner on board as well as kept the same physical location for the business. Assurant Valuations moved EML’s platform to a new online based platform / system last year in 2017, with new forms, built-in tools and such. The process took a few years before becoming what it is today. Their system does over “400 validation checks on every BPO order” along with human review but we still recommend using BPO AutoFill software to automate the data-entry side of doing BPO orders on their forms and site.
See above for a detailed breakdown and review of this great company. Also, check out our free list of more BPO and REO companies here.
